Ingredients:
For grilled vegetables:
- 1/2 kg assorted vegetables - broccoli florets, zucchini, and bell peppers (red and yellow)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper for seasoning
- A few drops of olive oil
For the walnut sauce:
- 100g roasted walnuts
- 1 tbsp garlic paste
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley/oregano
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp lemon juice roasted sesame seeds to garnish
Method of preparation:
- Cut vegetables into wedges and brush them with lemon juice.
- Then add few drops of olive oil and seasoning.
- Grill until vegetables are tender.
- Garnish with sesame seeds.
- To prepare walnut sauce, grind walnuts, garlic and herbs together.
- Add the oil and lemon juice to it.
- Season well and serve with grilled vegetables.
